Equine services are also in demand; from dealing with livery businesses and stud farms to racing stables and cross country courses, with planning and tenancy matters the most common.
Something a bit different…
We recently assisted a client in relation to an equine ownership and management agreement. This related to an eventing horse owned by one party but ridden, trained and looked after by another. Such arrangements are increasingly common for competition horses but it is very important to get the right agreement in place. These are expensive animals and it is vitally important that both sides know where they stand to avoid any disputes.
